Replacing the Matsushita TR-90S1C 9-inch CRT monitor with model QES1508-106:
You can install the QES1508-106 8.4-inch LCD monitor into your existing OKK MHA-600 control with just a few easy steps.- First, disconnect the 10-pin edge card video/power connection and remove the 9-inch CRT chassis from your MHA-600 OKK machine control.
- Second, remove the old 9-inch CRT and electronics from the Matsushita TR-90S1C's chassis.
- Third, bolt the QES1508-106 8.4-inch LCD into the now-empty 9-inch CRT mounting holes.
- Fourth, mount the 9-inch CRT chassis back into your OKK MHA-600 CNC Vertical Mill control.
- Fifth, re-attach your video/power cable to the 10-pin edge card connector.
The installation is complete! All you need do next is power your OKK MHA-600 Vertical Mill up and see the bright clear images now displayed. The QES1508-106 LCD will auto-adjust to present the correct image. If the image needs further adjustment, we've provided on-screen-display adjustment capability.
