VDC R12DP31-D Monitor Upgrade

To enhance the functionality of the outdated VDC R12DP31-D monitor, we are pleased to introduce the QES1510-061 monitor as a direct replacement for the original legacy Monochrome VDC R12DP31-D display. This upgrade seamlessly integrates into your existing setup, offering improved performance and functionality.  Orion also manufactured the monitor, and the designed part number is VDC R12DP31-D. The QES1510-061 directly replaces the older VDC R12DP31-D 12-inch CRT display, offering a more modern and reliable solution for your Giddings & Lewis 8000 machine. Our VDC R12DP31-D monitor upgrade mounts directly on the original CRT mounting holes on the original monitor chassis.  The QES1510-061 is a 10.4-inch monochrome LCD monitor with a 10-pin Edge Card input video connector for the interface.  This 10.4" LCD with LED backlight provides superior clarity and visibility compared to the traditional CRT display while consuming less power and generating less heat. Upgrading to a more reliable LCD monitor is the most efficient and dependable solution for promptly restoring functionality to your CNC machine controller. This is crucial due to the inherent unreliability of CRT monitors in CNC machines, which can lead to prolonged operational downtime, particularly during critical periods.
